Account & Workspace Setup
Initialize your StatusPulse workspace in under two minutes. We’ll walk you through domain verification, regional endpoint selection, and baseline configuration.
Verify Your Domain
Add a TXT record to your DNS provider to prove ownership. Example: `statuspulse-verify=7x9k2m4p` for `api.yourcompany.io`.
Select Monitoring Regions
Choose at least three global probe locations. We recommend `us-east-1`, `eu-west-2`, and `ap-southeast-1` for balanced latency tracking.
Configure Alert Routing
Connect your primary notification channel. StatusPulse supports Webhooks, PagerDuty integrations, and direct Slack #ops-alerts routing.

Deploy Your First HTTP Monitor
Track uptime, response times, and certificate expiration for your core API endpoints. Our probes run every 60 seconds by default.
Define Target Endpoint
Enter `https://api.stripe.com/v1/customers` or your internal dashboard at `https://app.novahealth.io/status`. Ensure the URL uses HTTPS for TLS validation.
Set Validation Rules
Configure expected HTTP status `200 OK`, allow `301/302` redirects, and enforce a `3-second` timeout. Enable JSON body validation for `{ "status": "healthy" }`.
Enable SSL & Header Checks
Track certificate expiry with a `14-day` warning threshold. Verify security headers like `Strict-Transport-Security` and `Content-Security-Policy` on every ping.

Invite Your Engineering Team
Collaborate securely with role-based access control. Assign view-only access to stakeholders and full administrative rights to DevOps leads.
Generate Invitation Links
Send secure tokens to `marcus.chen@novahealth.io` and `sarah.jenkins@novahealth.io`. Links expire after 48 hours and require SSO authentication.
Assign Workspace Roles
Map `Admin` to infrastructure engineers, `Editor` to backend developers, and `Viewer` to product managers. Role changes sync instantly across all dashboards.
Set Up Escalation Policies
Define on-call rotations using the built-in calendar. Configure automatic handoff to `ops-backup@novahealth.io` after `15 minutes` of unacknowledged alerts.
